Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a compassionate, organized Care Team Manager to lead a residential home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide leadership to the care team, ensure high-quality, person-centered care, and foster a positive environment where residents can thrive.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching staff, building relationships, and making a meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB screenings where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home including financial, operational, and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Maintain staffing schedules and develop staff accountability.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the home; coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support residents' health and wellbeing.
• Promote person-centered care and community involvement.
• Maintain communications with guardians, medical providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor documentation, medication administration, and program compliance.
