Sunrise Enterprises Inc. in Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join the Day Support Activities team. This full-time role supports adults with disabilities, helping them engage in meaningful activities and maintain independence.

The position offers on-site work from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with possible overtime and weekend coverage. Training is provided, and CPR/First Aid certification can be obtained; applicants must pass background checks.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED preferred; 18+ years old.
• Experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred but training provided.
• Must have proven, stable employment history; ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Assist program participants with daily activities and personal care as needed.
• Maintain participant records and ISPs; document time and activities.
• Transport participants as needed and ensure safety during activities.
• Attend meetings and comply with agency policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and professional boundaries.
