Job summary

Paramount Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced Drywall Project Manager in San Jose, California. You will oversee drywall and metal framing projects from award through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of project management experience, a thorough understanding of drywall construction, and proficiency in PM software. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in drywall and metal framing.
• Strong understanding of drywall, framing, and taping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing commercial and/or multifamily drywall projects.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage drywall and metal framing projects from contract execution through closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and estimates to ensure full scope understanding.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field teams.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to meet project schedules.
