You will oversee drywall and metal framing projects from award through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of project management experience, a thorough understanding of drywall construction, and proficiency in PM software. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience in drywall and metal framing.
• Strong understanding of drywall, framing, and taping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing commercial and/or multifamily drywall projects.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software.

Aufgaben

• Manage drywall and metal framing projects from contract execution through closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and estimates to ensure full scope understanding.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field teams.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to meet project schedules.
