Qualifications
1–2 years as an APM or Project Engineer ready to advance.
3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Working knowledge of estimating concepts for change orders and pricing.
Responsibilities
Manage awarded drywall projects from estimator turnover through completion.
Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
Establish, monitor, and control project budgets and financials.
Price and process change orders and scope changes.
Coordinate schedules, manpower, and productivity with field leadership.
Conduct jobsite visits and work closely with foremen and superintendents.
Track project progress, delays, and schedule impacts.
Maintain strong communication with GCs, vendors, and internal teams.
Represent the company professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
