Qualifications

• 1–2 years as an APM or Project Engineer ready to advance.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Working knowledge of estimating concepts for change orders and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Manage awarded drywall projects from estimator turnover through completion.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Establish, monitor, and control project budgets and financials.
• Price and process change orders and scope changes.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and productivity with field leadership.
• Conduct jobsite visits and work closely with foremen and superintendents.
• Track project progress, delays, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain strong communication with GCs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Represent the company professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
