Job summary

United Contractor Services in Denver is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to run commercial interior projects from preconstruction through close-out. You will own the schedule and budget and coordinate with clients, designers, and field teams to keep projects on track.

The role requires at least four years of hands-on experience with drywall and metal framing, plus proficiency in Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, and QuickBid.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running commercial construction projects.
• Hands-on drywall and metal framing experience.
• Ceilings, finishes, or Division 8/10 exposure is a bonus.
• Familiar with Procore, On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction to close-out.
• Manage schedule and budget; coordinate with clients and design teams.
• Resolve conflicts with other trades to prevent delays.
• Ensure crews have manpower and materials; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Mentor assistant project managers and lead field teams.
