Job summary

United Contractor Services in Denver is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to run commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. You will own the schedule and budget and coordinate with clients, design teams, and field crews to keep production on track.

You will lead crews, manage manpower and material needs, visit sites, and drive safety and quality standards. Four years of PM experience in commercial drywall/metal framing is required; experience with Procore

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years running commercial construction projects with hands-on drywall and metal framing scope experience.
• Ceilings or Division 8/10 exposure is a bonus.
• Experience with project management, takeoff, or estimating systems is applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction planning to close-out; own schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and field crews to prevent conflicts and keep production.
• Trips to the jobsite to review progress and resolve issues with superintendents and foremen.
• Lead safety and quality adherence on every project and mentor assistant project managers.
