Job summary

United Contractor Services in Denver seeks a seasoned Project Manager to run commercial interior projects from start to finish. You’ll own the schedule and budget, coordinate with clients, architects, and foremen, and ensure crews have the manpower and materials needed to stay on track.

The ideal candidate has at least four years’ experience in commercial construction, hands-on drywall and metal framing, and proficiency with Procore, Takeoff, and QuickBid.

Qualifications

• At least four years leading commercial construction projects.
• Hands-on drywall and metal framing experience.
• Ceilings, finishes or Division 8/10 exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and field personnel.
• Identify and address risks such as manpower gaps and long lead times.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on every project.
• Mentor assistant project managers on the team.
