• Timely, proactive problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety rules and OSHA standards on site.
• Direct and supervise multiple trades and coordinate staffing daily.
• Review project cost reports and forecast job costs monthly.
• Communicate staffing needs to Production Manager and Superintendent.
• Attend required training and job-site meetings.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and building codes.
