Job summary

E&K Building Excellence is a large interior/exterior finish contractor with offices nationwide. The Phoenix location seeks a capable field supervisor to lead crews, enforce safety policies, read plans, and manage daily site operations.

You will coordinate staffing, materials, and QA processes, while aligning with project goals and company standards. You will participate in pre-planning, communicate with the superintendent, and ensure timely presence of crews and subcontractors at diverse job

Qualifications

• Completed 30hr OSHA Training.
• Completed Field Management Training.
• Ability to effectively manage crews of 30+ employees.
• Completed advance Computer Bluebeam Training.
• Knowledge of Company safety policies and applicable OSHA standards.
• Knowledge to supervise tools, materials, equipment, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and enforce OSHA safety standards.
• Direct and supervise a trade crew and multiple trades.
• Communicate staffing needs to Production Manager.
• Attend job site meetings and training sessions.
• Plan and forecast job costs and ensure staffing aligns with project goals.
