Job summary

Bio Springer North America Corporation is seeking a Lead Dryer Operator to ensure proper processing and packaging on a rotating 6 PM–6 AM shift. You will train across departments and lead a production line to meet customer needs with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include following CIP procedures, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance for line uptime. A forklift certification and strong teamwork are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; can require 3 years in a similar role.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn, follow instructions, and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety rules.
• Sanitation and equipment maintenance in Dryers & Packaging.
• Read and understand material safety data sheets for chemicals.
