Job summary

JMC Enterprises, a Northeast snow removal leader, seeks a Lead Technician (Service Vehicle Driver) for winter operations across multiple states. You will drive the service vehicle, lead a small team, and ensure safe, timely completion of trailer-top snow removal tasks during snow events.

The role requires outdoor work in cold weather, strong leadership, and flexibility for extended shifts. Training begins preseason, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Seasonal/per diem, weather-dependent position.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
• Experience driving in snow and winter weather is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile team across the service area based on storm needs.
• Safely transport your team and navigate between service locations.
• Oversee route timing, respond to changing conditions, and communicate as needed.
• Assist teammates on trailer tops and operate ladders in winter conditions.
• Record completed services through the company’s digital platform.
