Job summary

Rentals To Go LLC is seeking a Lead Driver at our Balch Springs, TX location. The role supports the Driver/Yard Supervisor, coordinates daily driver activities, trains new drivers, and ensures safe and efficient route operations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, reliability, and customer service, with experience in portable sanitation equipment and DOT safety requirements. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience driving and servicing portable sanitation equipment is preferred.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver/Yard Supervisor with coordinating daily driver activities and route execution.
• Monitor route progress and communicate delays or issues to the supervisor.
• Assist drivers with route questions and service-related issues.
• Perform assigned routes, deliveries, pickups, and equipment servicing as needed.
• Provide field support when routes are behind schedule or staffing is limited.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure equipment is serviced per standards.
• Identify safety or compliance issues and report to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily operational records and documentation.
