Travel is extensive; candidates should have a CDL (A or B) and proven supervisory skills. This is a safety-sensitive position with mandatory DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B preferred; willingness to obtain Class A.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling crew and coordinate site activities.
• Prepare equipment and drill sites; set up and breakdown.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and report issues.
