DrillTech, LLC in Colorado is seeking a Foreman Driller/Locator (CDL required) to lead a directional drilling crew. You will operate the drill, locate utilities, and supervise 3–5 workers to meet project schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with inspectors, maintaining safety standards, coaching crew members, and communicating progress through daily reports. A valid CDL and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years foreman/supervisory experience.
• Hands-on directional drill operation experience.
• Valid CDL driver's license.
• Pass a Level 4 background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and manage 3-5 employees.
• Operate the directional drill rig and perform mud mixing.
• Locate utilities using electromagnetic locating equipment.
• Plan, lay out work, and keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on-site.
• Coordinate with project management and clients.
• Maintain documentation and daily reports.
