Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Directional Drill Foreman to lead underground telecommunications construction, operate drilling equipment, and ensure safety and quality on projects. You will oversee daily field activities and coordinate with internal teams and clients.

You will travel to project sites, including overnight assignments, and must have strong communication and safety focus, with at least one year of directional drilling experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum one year of recent experience in directional drilling and/or utility locating.
• Experience supporting underground utility, telecommunications, or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform directional drilling and locating activities to safely install underground telecommunications infrastructure.
• Operate directional drilling equipment and other construction machinery while supporting daily field operations and crew productivity.
• Coordinate and support drilling operations, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with company safety standards.
• Perform work in both standard and high-risk construction environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Travel to project locations, including overnight assignments, as required to support construction operations.
• Maintain effective communication with crew members, supervisors, customers, and project stakeholders.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.
