Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Donor Recruitment Specialist to support the Manager of Donor Recruitment and coordinate mobile blood drives at facilities and on the go. You will maintain a donor-friendly atmosphere, prepare reports, and assist with donor communications and appreciation efforts, including follow-up notes and thank-you gestures to encourage ongoing donor engagement.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, plus experience with donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience: less than 1 year.
• Driver's license (TXDL) required within 90 days if relocating.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobile and in-house blood drives with teams.
• Maintain a donor-friendly atmosphere and donor engagement.
• Prepare monthly reports and donor deferral communications.
• Supervise front desk clerical staff and donor room activities.
• Maintain donor recruitment web page and donor files.
