Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises donor center staff and directs the donor room front desk activities.
• Coordinates mobile and in-house blood drives with the Mobile Team Manager and Donor Room Team Manager.
• Produces monthly reports by formatting data from mobile drive accounts.
• Maintains Donor Recruitment web page and organizes donor files.
• Ensures supplies for Donor Room and Mobile drives are stocked.
• Maintains collection orders and coordinates shipping of products to facilities.
