Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch in Nampa, ID is hiring a Lead Donation Processing Clerk for our thrift store. You will manage donated merchandise from intake to pricing and stocking, supporting daily opening, operations, and closing tasks.

The role requires being 16+ and enrolled in high school or holding a high school diploma, with strong customer service to WOW our donors; weekend availability is required. This position helps fund Idaho Youth Ranch programs that nurture hope, healing, and resilience for

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store.
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees.
