Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch Inc is seeking a Donation Processing Clerk to join our thrift store team in Idaho. You will help process and sell donated items, contributing to mission-driven programs that support Idaho’s youth.

This full-time role focuses on friendly customer service, efficient donation processing, and accurate merchandising. Weekend availability is required as part of our retail schedule in Idaho.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to WOW customers.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading merchandise for donors and customers.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading equipment.

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
