Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Lead Systems Integration Engineer to plan, coordinate, integrate, and execute complex System of Systems architectures across exercise and operational environments.

The role spans tactical hardware, C2 data interfaces, cloud-native engineering, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity compliance to ensure interoperable, mission-ready systems. This in-person role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on systems integration across naval and DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and support multiple stakeholders in a dynamic technical program environment.
• Experience in systems integration, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SoS engineering activities by evaluating requirements and coordinating system dependencies.
• Provide technical project coordination across engineering teams using JIRA and Atlassian workflows.
• Analyze C2 data flows, interfaces, data types, and integration dependencies for interoperability.
• Evaluate and optimize tactical hardware and communications systems including edge servers and SATCOM gear.
• Support DevSecOps and software integration through CI/CD pipelines and software delivery workflows.
• Support cloud-native and containerized platform integration with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Coordinate tactical networking activities and secure network design per DoD/Navy requirements.
• Assist with RMF, ATO package development, artifact coordination, and access management.
