Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Engineer III to support complex Navy/DoD programs, architecture development, and capability delivery across software, hardware, network, and data domains.

You will work with chief engineers, cyber stakeholders, and program offices to document requirements, risks, interfaces, and roadmaps for SoS environments. The role requires in-person support, active TS/SCI clearance, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to sustain mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of related experience in systems engineering.
• Experience in architecture development, requirements analysis, and integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with DoDAF artifacts and architecture reviews is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering across Navy/DoD programs with architecture products and risks.
• Apply SE processes for requirements, design, verification, and validation.
• Develop and maintain as-is and to-be architectures for fielded capabilities.
• Coordinate enterprise architecture data and integration with workflows.
• Contribute to software/hardware integration and platform parameter decisions.
• Identify risks and support capability roadmaps and design sessions.
• Track cybersecurity implementation and RMF considerations across phases.
• Interface with Navy organizations, program offices, and governance boards.
