Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction management and advise on quality and productivity issues.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance to ensure adherence to project plans and schedule.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, manpower utilization, material handling, and equipment use.

Job description

This position will require being onsite and present to manage construction and advise on quality and productivity issues while monitoring work performance with productivity of subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedule are followed and to ensure project is executed effectively within budget and on time. This position also requires the applicant to develop and monitor construction schedules, manpower utilization, material handling, storage requirements and equipment use according to government and contractual guidelines. Housing and stipend to be discussed upon interview.
