Goodwill NY/NJ is seeking a Lead Dock Runner to support daily warehouse operations, moving donated goods and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. You will help ensure items are distributed to the correct areas with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow safety procedures. You will collaborate with forklift operators and supervisors to maintain a safe and efficient dock environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail back-room a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment experience desired.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills required.
• Dependability and strong work ethic essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate safely at all times.

Responsabilités

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Execute routing schedule daily for upstate region.
• Build and maintain relationships with Ryder team.
• Communicate with operations manager and director of logistics daily.
• Transport donations from dock to processing or storage areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe dock areas.
