Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of steady work experience.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with cogeneration and/or central heating and cooling plants preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance of district cooling facilities.
• Coordinate contractors for maintenance services.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant equipment.

Skills

Maintenance and troubleshooting with chilled water equipment
