Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with telecommunications rooms, data center buildouts, or ISP infrastructure.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys documenting power, cooling, bonding/grounding, pathways, and room readiness.
• Develop and follow layout designs including rack plans, cable management, grounding/bonding, electrical circuits, and equipment placement.
• Manage labor for room buildouts, rack installation, cable routing, and grounding.
• Ensure compliance with UFC, TIA/EIA, I3A, and DoW telecom standards.
• Coordinate with base civil engineering for facility upgrades or modifications.
• Support site installation of fiber, CAT6, WIFI, CEL closet solutions, including cabinets, switch node, UPS, and power.
• Work with Network, Fiber Optic, ISP, and OSP teams for integration; participate in design reviews.
