Job summary

Morris & Dickson Co., LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead 3rd shift receiving operations, supervise team leads and associates, and ensure accurate, safe flow of products through our facility.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, training, and daily problem-solving to meet production and quality targets, while upholding safety and compliance. Comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of warehouse supervision experience, including overseeing receiving operations.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Effective communicator, able to present and explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support third shift receiving operations.
Oversee the receiving process, including receipt, inspection, and movement of incoming products.
Monitor receiving workflow for efficiency and accuracy in inventory receipt.
Lead, train, and develop associates and team leads to meet performance goals.
Monitor metrics; identify issues and implement solutions.
Organize workflows and maintain accurate inventory management.
