Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a 3rd Shift supervisor for a Sunday-Thursday schedule in the Distribution Center. You will supervise Team Members, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate inventory movement while maintaining safety and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires leading teams, coordinating with management on staffing within budget, and using KPIs to meet performance targets across the DC. Experience with LEAN initiatives and AS400 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year leading teams or High School/GED with 4+ years leading teams.
• Experience assisting management with assignment of work and supervising coworkers.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of Team Members in a designated DC area and manage performance using established tools.
• Mentor team members through on‑the‑job training and OCR sessions; assist in developing training curricula.
• Conduct MBWA to ensure safety and enforce distribution center guidelines; address concerns.
