Job summary

Qualifications

• Six or more years in transmission/ distribution engineering, construction or operations.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred; ABET accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional circuit engineering support and respond to field and customer needs.
• Develop work plans to improve circuit reliability and customer experience.
• Set priorities, balance resources, monitor workload and safety compliance.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across Field Operations, Design, ROW, Planning and Protection.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and reliable project execution.
• Provide technical direction for arc-flash, scoping, reviews, and watchlist remediation.
• Lead and develop the Circuit Engineering team with clear goals and performance feedback.
