Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• Work experience typically six or more years in transmission engineering, construction, or operations.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred; Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
• Significant experience in electric distribution engineering, grid modernization, system planning, protection, or related disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional circuit engineering support and respond to field, customer, and operational needs.
• Develop work plans to address circuit reliability issues and improve customer experience.
• Establish priorities and monitor workload to ensure safe, accurate, on-schedule delivery of engineering requests.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Field Operations, Design, ROW, Planning, and other teams.
• Lead continuous-improvement efforts to strengthen processes and reliability.
