Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering ABET-accredited.
Minimum of ten years of utility engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering and technical team supporting aeroderivative and heavy-frame SCGT/CCGT portfolio, including staffing, workload, performance, and budgets.
Establish priorities and foster safety, accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Lead engineering execution across the project lifecycle from development to closeout, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
Coordinate among Project Engineering, Engineering Services, operating companies, AE/EPC firms, OEMs, suppliers, and consultants to align requirements and asset performance.
Direct resolution of technical interfaces, design changes, deviations, nonconformances, and project risks affecting safety, quality, cost, or schedule.
