Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.
• BS/BA in related discipline; advanced degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment for warehouse associates to work safely and efficiently.
• Ensures warehousing functions run smoothly and acts as point-of-contact for escalated issues.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance center performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates center alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures associates maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
