Job summary

HD Supply in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Lead to work across multiple departments within the distribution center. You will coach and mentor warehouse associates, coordinate warehousing tasks, and operate material handling equipment to support loading, receiving, picking and shipping processes.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, escalating issues to management, and ensuring safety policies are followed while maintaining inventory system data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working across multiple departments in a distribution center.
• Previous experience operating material handling equipment.
• Prior experience in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains warehouse associates on warehousing duties, including material handling equipment.
• Coordinates and prioritizes warehousing work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Operates material handling equipment to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and staging inventory.
