Responsibilities

Supervises multiple departments within the distribution center (e.g., case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, replenishment).
Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
Provides training, tools, and equipment for warehouse associates to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
Acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues and ensures warehousing functions run smoothly.
Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and inventory management.
Ensures safety policies are followed and work areas remain clean.
Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
