Job summary

You will supervise case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment, while guiding warehouse associates toward safety, productivity, and quality. The role requires a BS/BA in a related discipline with 5+ years in distribution and at least 2 years in a lead or mentorship role.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 5+ years in a distribution/related field.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.
• Certification may be required; advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple departments in the distribution center (case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, replenishment).
• Motivates and directs warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity and quality.
• Monitors productivity and balances workload to meet goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment for safe, efficient task completion.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and inventory management.
• Ensures clean work areas and compliance with safety policies.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
