Job summary

Anchorage Distillery in Alaska seeks an experienced, hands-on Production Manager/Distiller to own the production operation—from raw materials to finished product. Anchorage Distillery is an Alaska-based craft distillery producing a portfolio of spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails. Our products include Alaska-grown spirits; gin, vodkas, whiskey, specialty spirits and a growing line of canned cocktails. We are a small, growing company, and that means everyone plays an important role. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to take ownership of our production operation and contribute to building the next phase of Anchorage Distillery.

This may be the next perfect job for you.The Production Manager/Distiller is responsible for the planning, execution and quality of Anchorage Distillery's production operation—from raw materials through finished product. This position will lead day-to-day production of our spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails while managing production scheduling, inventory, quality control, compliance, equipment, packaging and production staff.

Schedule • Full-time • 4x10 or 5x8 schedule, depending on production needs • Primarily Monday–Friday • Occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on production schedules, events or business needs
