This full-time position offers a starting rate of $25–$27 per hour, a path to leadership, and training. ServiceTitan experience is a major plus, and you’ll collaborate across teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Dispatcher or customer service with scheduling experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling and dispatch operations understanding.
• ServiceTitan experience is a major plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Dispatch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate and oversee efficient dispatch of technicians.
• Assign technicians based on skillset, location, availability, and performance.
• Monitor schedules and adjust to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and train dispatchers in procedures and customer service.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, managers, and departments.
• Review work orders for accuracy and corrections.
• Monitor appointment history and scheduling trends to improve efficiency.
• Manage high-volume phone calls and emergency service requests.
• Keep the Dispatch team motivated and aligned with goals.
