Responsibilities

• Properly cleans cooking utensils and equipment.
• Restocks washed items to appropriate areas.
• Maintains dish machines and dish areas cleanliness.
• Washes, sorts, replaces, and restocks flatware, dishes, glasses, and related items.
• Assists with trash removal and back-of-house maintenance.
• Organizes and cleans laundry area as needed.
• Ensures dish machine stays clean and maintained during shift.
• Oversees assigned student and temporary personnel.
