Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience.
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service.
• Physical demands: standing, bending, lifting up to 35 pounds, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Cleans cooking utensils and equipment.
• Restocks washed items.
• Maintains dish machines and dish areas.
• Washes, sorts, and restocks flatware, dishes, glasses, and other washable items.
• Assists with trash removal and back-of-house organization.
• Ensures proper cleaning of the dish machine and surrounding area.
