Job summary

Delaware North at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Lead Dishwasher to support the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all food and beverage venues in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires prior dishwasher experience and the ability to work cooperatively with others. OT and weekend shifts may be required, with weekly pay and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Basic math skills for counting inventory
• No high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train dishwasher team members
• Ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed
• Keep work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all times
• Report all maintenance issues to the Executive Steward
• Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requested
