Job summary

Delaware North at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI is hiring a full-time Lead Dishwasher to support the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks by keeping all food and beverage areas clean and sanitized in line with company standards.

As a Lead Dishwasher, you will supervise team members, maintain clean pots and utensils, and help manage inventory and equipment while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train dishwasher team members
• Ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed
• Keep work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all times
• Report all maintenance issues to the Executive Steward
• Adhere to inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requested

As a Lead Dishwasher, you will assist the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage venues, in accordance with our company's standards.
