Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to lead analytics for risk adjustment and enterprise BI. You will transform complex clinical, operational, and risk data into actionable insights to drive provider performance and executive decision-making, using data storytelling and advanced visualizations.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or business intelligence experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
- Advanced experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc., and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight.
Responsibilities
- Lead Risk Adjustment Performance Reporting: ensure timely sharing of KPIs, trends, and performance drivers via dashboards and reports.
- Oversee Provider Performance Analytics to deliver actionable insights into gap closure, engagement, and risk adjustment outcomes.
- Drive Analytics Innovation & Business Intelligence: adopt AI, automation, and modern BI capabilities; modernize platforms and data solutions.
- Lead Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: guide a high-performing analytics team and collaborate with executive leaders.
