CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to lead enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions. You will transform clinical, operational, and risk data into actionable insights to drive provider performance and executive decision-making.

This customer-facing role partners with Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and Operations, guiding BI input modeling, calculations, and AI-enabled reporting strategies to advance the organization’s analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or BI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Advanced experience with programming languages (SQL, Python) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and maintain organized processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop provider performance analytics for gap closure and outcomes.
• Drive analytics innovation, AI adoption, automation, and modern BI platforms.
• Set analytics delivery priorities and coordinate across reporting and stakeholder needs.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team and engage executives.
