Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to drive enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, guide data storytelling, and lead AI-enabled analytics initiatives for executive decision-making.

You will partner with Market leads, Finance, Clinical and Operational teams, providing technical guidance on BI input modeling and calculations, while overseeing a team of analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or BI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or BI
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development
• Advanced experience with SQL, Python, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight)
• Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and prioritize work in developer environments

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop provider performance analytics and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive analytics innovation, AI adoption, and modernization of BI platforms.
• Provide governance, prioritization, and coordination across analytics delivery teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop analytics and BI staff (4–5 direct reports, ~7–8 total).
