The role translates complex clinical, operational, and risk data into insights that inform provider performance and executive decisions.

You will guide data storytelling, visualize results, and advance reporting via AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics or BI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership in analytics or BI.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Advanced programming experience (SQL, Python) and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight.
• Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and maintain organization in developer code and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and insights.
• Develop provider performance analytics to close gaps and improve outcomes.
• Drive analytics innovation, AI adoption, and modern BI capabilities.
• Partner with Informatics, Data Engineering, and IT to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Establish KPI definitions and governance for enterprise analytics.
