Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and/or highly matrixed teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and business performance.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product, program, and solution roadmaps.
• Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Translating strategy into execution, defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
• Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact.
• Leading change management and continuous improvement (including AI) across segments and markets.
