CVS Health is seeking a senior Portfolio Management leader to define portfolio strategy and oversee end-to-end execution across local markets, segments, and verticals. You will lead a team to translate market intelligence into differentiated roadmaps and drive performance with cross-functional partners to achieve growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and business performance.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product, program, and solution roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Translate strategy into execution by defining priorities, creating timelines, and managing deliverables while handling risks and dependencies.
• Drive alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement (including AI) across segments and markets.
