Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic leader to direct the Portfolio Management function across local markets, segments, and verticals. You will define portfolio strategy, including solution design, and drive end-to-end execution.

This role focuses on product management and portfolio implementation, coordinating with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, and other teams to deliver differentiated offerings. A Bachelors degree and 7+ years in relevant roles are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and matrixed teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and performance.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product, program, and solution roadmaps
• Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
• Translating strategy into execution defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
• Leading change management and continuous improvement (including AI) across segments and markets
