Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics or product analytics leadership experience.
• Experience with payor‑focused products and healthcare analytics.
• Ability to define measurement and reporting strategies across complex products.

Responsibilities

• Define a consistent product analytics strategy across the payor portfolio.
• Establish portfolio‑level standards for measurement, reporting, and business value.
• Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics and client reporting teams, and leadership.
• Translate priorities into clear analytics requirements and execution needs.
• Guide cross‑functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Drive consistency in product value representation and performance measures.
• Influence measurement frameworks, reporting approaches, and value stories.
• Identify opportunities to improve product evaluation, reporting, and monitoring.
• Support strategic initiatives to strengthen analytics quality and governance.
• Monitor measurement effectiveness to inform prioritization and analytics direction.
