Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics or leadership in product analytics.
• Experience with payor-focused products and healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to define strategic direction for measurement, reporting, or analytics across complex products.
• Experience leading matrixed teams across multiple groups with distinct responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define a consistent product analytics strategy across the payor product portfolio.
• Establish portfolio-level standards for how product performance is measured and reported.
• Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics and reporting teams to align priorities.
• Translate product priorities into clear analytics requirements and execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and sequencing.
