Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics or related leadership roles.
• Experience in payor-focused products or healthcare analytics.
• Ability to define strategic direction for measurement or analytics across complex products.
• Experience coordinating across actuarial, analytics, client reporting and product teams.
• Experience leading highly matrixed teams with distinct accountabilities.
• Strong strategic and systems thinking skills with ability to connect product measures to portfolio impact.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to influence without direct ownership and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a consistent product analytics strategy across the payor portfolio.
• Establish portfolio-level standards for measuring, reporting, and translating into business value.
• Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics, and client reporting teams to align priorities.
• Translate product priorities into clear analytics requirements and execution needs.
• Guide cross-functional alignment on priorities and sequencing related to actuarial analysis and internal measurement.
• Drive consistency in product value, reporting outputs and performance measures across the portfolio.
• Influence development of measurement frameworks and reporting approaches for clarity and comparability.
• Identify opportunities to improve how products are evaluated and monitored.
• Support strategic initiatives to strengthen analytics quality and cross-functional orchestration.
• Monitor measurement effectiveness to inform prioritization and analytics direction.
